Happy Thanksgiving! If you are available, consider joining us for our Thanksgiving service tomorrow at 10am. This is a wonderful tradition of gathering as a church family and giving God thanks. And there's still plenty of time in the day to enjoy family, food and even football!
I look forward to this Sunday when we complete our month-long focus on the Gift of Gratitude, with our theme "Mary and the Box." There's much hope to be learned from this lesson of sacrifice and forgiveness.
Even in the midst of economic crisis and uncertainty, health issues or relationship challenges, we can choose to be thankful. Rest assured that God is in control, no matter our past failures or current circumstances. He has a plan and purpose for our future . . . and He cares about all the things that concern us today. So let's be thankful!
1 Thessalonians 5:18 "Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus."
