Uncommon Courage

I am LOVING being a grandparent!! This has been another reminder of the miracle of life that God has provided. Laine and Judah are doing great (so is Joe) and we are excited with every opportunity to see them.

Grandpa had a lot of things to say last Sunday so if you were not able to be here you can still catch up on everything at this link to our website:

"Uncommon Courage" is our theme this week. I am believing that we will all be encouraged as we study God’s Word together and worship Him. Consider inviting a friend to join you at the service you attend.

We are off to a great start with "Uprising," this season’s small group series. I hope you have been able to participate with a group near you.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.

Uncommon Connection

We had an incredible day this past Sunday! I am thankful for the way the Lord orchestrates things for His purposes and our good. He loves us so much and desires to bring us to health and strength. If you missed it, please take 35 minutes of your day and check it out. You can access the experience from Sunday at this link http://ccconline.cc/video_detail.html?id=449.

Daily devotional thoughts and words of encouragement are also available through the week at
http://cccdailygear.blogspot.com.

Have you ever thought of hosting a small group? Our fall sessions are beginning soon and there is a great opportunity awaiting you to facilitate relationships and learning that will have eternal results. We provide the teaching and training and you provide the love and support. If you would like to grow through serving others, please contact Jason Batt at 856-5683, email
jasonb@ccconline.cc, or stop by the Fellowship kiosk on Sunday morning.

Our journey continues on Sunday with a look at "Uncommon Connection." When we walk with each other and share life’s joys and sorrows, we receive the strength and wisdom we need for each new day. Can’t wait to see you this week!

1 Peter 3:8-9 Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.
